Coloured glass splashbacks
Subtle tones, vibrant colour or a printed image. Custom made to your exact requirements.
What is a glass splashback?
A glass splashback is a sheet of toughened glass fixed to the wall behind your benchtop, cooktop or sink. It wipes clean easily and has no grout lines to scrub. We make them for Northland kitchens in plain glass, any colour, custom artwork or your own photo, cut to fit your space.
A splashback is one of the few surfaces in your home that’s both practical and on display every day. We make ours in coloured, clear or printed glass, cut exactly to your space and toughened for kitchen and bathroom use.
From a subtle neutral tone to a bold custom colour or printed image, it’s made to your brief, not off a shelf.
- Any colour, matched to your kitchen or bathroom
- Printed image splashbacks for a one-of-a-kind feature wall
- Toughened glass, easy to clean, built to last
- Measured and cut to fit your exact space

Installed by our own team
How long installation takes depends on the size and complexity of the job, and how far it is from our Waipapa workshop.
Which splashback is right for you?
Four options, from simplest to most personal. Each step up costs a little more.
| Option | What you get | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Plain glass | Clean, simple toughened glass | Lowest |
| Coloured glass | Any colour you choose | More than plain |
| Custom artwork | A design printed onto the glass | More than coloured |
| Your own photo | Your photo printed onto the glass | Highest |
What affects the price?
Every kitchen is different, so we measure first and quote after. The price depends on:
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Glass option | Plain, coloured, artwork or photo, as in the table above. |
| Size | Larger splashbacks take more glass. |
| Complexity | Cut-outs, corners and extra panels take more work. |
| Distance from our Waipapa workshop | Jobs further out take more travel time. |
The measure and quote are free.
Glass splashback questions

Mostly kitchens, behind the benchtop, cooktop and sink. Ask us if you have another room in mind.
What colours and designs can I choose?
Plain glass, any colour, custom artwork, or your own photo printed onto the glass.
Can you print my own photo on a splashback?
Yes. Send us your photo and we print it onto the glass to make a one-of-a-kind feature wall.
Can a glass splashback go over existing tiles?
Yes. A glass splashback can go over existing tiles, so you don't need to strip the wall first.
Do you cut holes for power points and switches?
Yes. We measure every power point and switch and cut the glass to fit around them.
How much does a glass splashback cost?
It depends on the glass option, the size, how complex the job is, and how far you are from our Waipapa workshop. Plain glass costs least, then coloured, then custom artwork, then your own photo. The measure and quote are free.
